A lot of pizzerias advertise “halal options” — usually they mean they swap in halal chicken on request but the pepperoni and the fryer and the slicer are non-halal. That's not us.
- • The meat is zabiha. Not just “no pork” — zabiha means the animal was slaughtered by hand according to Islamic rite, with the name of God invoked and the blood fully drained. That is a stricter standard than a label that only tells you what isn't in the food.
- • All meat is halal-certified. Pepperoni, beef, chicken, sausage, gyro, deli turkey, salami, ground beef — every cut from a supplier with current halal certification.
- • Halal-only fryer. Our fryer runs halal fried chicken, halal buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, calamari and fries. Nothing else.
- • Halal-only deli slicer. Used exclusively for halal deli meats.
- • Halal-only prep tables, bins, utensils. No cross-contact pathway with non-halal product, because there's no non-halal product on premises.
