100% halal kitchen · since 1998

Real halal pizza — no “halal option” line.

Everything on our menu is halal. Every fryer, every slicer, every prep table. A Muslim family runs the kitchen — the standard isn't a marketing choice.

What “100% halal” means here

A lot of pizzerias advertise “halal options” — usually they mean they swap in halal chicken on request but the pepperoni and the fryer and the slicer are non-halal. That's not us.

  • All meat is halal-certified. Pepperoni, beef, chicken, sausage, gyro, deli turkey, salami, ground beef — every cut from a supplier with current halal certification.
  • Halal-only fryer. Our fryer runs halal chicken, halal mozzarella sticks, halal calamari, French fries. Nothing else.
  • Halal-only deli slicer. Used exclusively for halal deli meats.
  • Halal-only prep tables, bins, utensils. No cross-contact pathway with non-halal product, because there's no non-halal product on premises.
  • Halal bacon and pepperoni. Yes, the bacon on the cheeseburger is halal turkey-bacon. The pepperoni is halal beef.

Suppliers

Our halal meats come from certified suppliers in Paterson and Brooklyn whose certifications we keep on file at the shop. Ask at the counter and we'll show you the current paperwork — we've had Muslim families come in to verify before they ordered for a big event, and we're happy to do it again any time.

Who eats here

The Muslim community in Passaic County is a big part of who walks through the door — Friday lunch after Jummah, Ramadan iftar pickup orders, Eid catering trays. We're also a Friday-night family pizzeria for everyone in Clifton — halal isn't a barrier; it just means the meal you're ordering is safe for the broadest set of dietary needs in the neighborhood.
