- • Certifications on request. We keep current supplier paperwork at the shop and will show it any time.

- Is the fried chicken halal?
- Yes — 100% halal. The chicken is halal-certified and we run a halal-only fryer; nothing non-halal is ever cooked in it. It's hand-breaded and fried fresh to order, not pre-cooked.
- How many pieces are in a family box?
- The 8-piece box is 5 breasts/thighs + 3 wings/legs (3 biscuits, 2 sides); the 10-piece is 6 + 4 (4 biscuits, 3 sides); the 15-piece is 9 + 6 (6 biscuits, 4 sides). Combos come in 2, 3, or 5 pieces with a biscuit and a side.
- What sides come with it?
- Choose from French fries, yellow rice, lentil or chicken-noodle soup, or a side salad. Biscuits are included with the combos and family boxes.
- Can I order just the chicken?
- Yes — order pieces only, anywhere from 2 to 50. Biscuits are included up to 15 pieces; the 25 and 50-piece sizes are chicken-only for catering.
- Do you cater fried chicken?
- Yes. The family boxes and 25/50-piece orders scale for parties, office lunches, mosque events and Ramadan iftars. Call 24 hours ahead for large orders so we can sequence the fryer.
