Spinach, feta, garlic and fresh tomato — a Mediterranean white pie.
Spinach & Feta Pizza
The pie that nods to the neighborhood. Spinach, feta, garlic and fresh tomato on a white base — closer to a spanakopita than a slice shop, and a favorite of the Levantine and Mediterranean families who make up so much of our counter.

What goes on it
- • Fresh spinach, wilted into the cheese
- • Crumbled feta
- • Diced fresh tomato
- • Fresh minced garlic on a mozzarella base (no red sauce)
- • 24-hour cold-fermented dough
How it's made
Garlic and oil on the dough, mozzarella, then spinach, tomato and feta. Into the brick oven for 7–9 minutes so the spinach wilts and the feta softens without browning.
Pairings
An Arabic or Greek Salad and garlic-knots. Pairs naturally with the White Ricotta for a meatless two-pie order.
Ordering tips
Order it well-done so the extra moisture from the spinach and tomato cooks off and the crust stays crisp. Vegetarian as listed; ask for no cheese to make it vegan-friendly.

FAQ
Common questions
- How is this different from the White Ricotta and the Three Cheese?
- No ricotta on this one, and it is the only one of the three that comes with vegetables on it. The White Ricotta is dollops of ricotta finished with olive oil; the Three Cheese adds feta to that ricotta base. Here the mozzarella goes over fresh minced garlic and oil, then spinach, diced fresh tomato and crumbled feta on top. Sharper and saltier than either of them.
- Is this basically spanakopita on a crust?
- Same three flavors -- spinach, feta and garlic -- but built as a pizza, not a pastry. No phyllo, and no red sauce either. Garlic and oil go on the dough, then mozzarella, then spinach, diced fresh tomato and feta on top. Seven to nine minutes in the brick oven wilts the spinach and softens the feta without browning it. The diced tomato is the part spanakopita would not have.
- Is it vegetarian, and can the cheese come off?
- As listed it is vegetarian -- the mozzarella and the crumbled feta are the only animal products on it. Ask for no cheese and you get the garlic-and-oil base with spinach and diced fresh tomato, which makes it vegan-friendly. Say it when you order, not at pickup: the mozzarella goes down before the spinach, so it is not something we can pull off a finished pie.
- Is the spinach & feta pizza halal?
- Yes — every meat on this pizza, like every meat on our menu, comes from a halal-certified supplier, and the kitchen, fryer and slicer are halal-only. Nothing non-halal is prepared or stored on the premises.
- Can I order it for pickup or delivery?
- Both. Pickup is free and usually ready in about 15 minutes. In-house delivery is our own drivers — no third-party app markup — across Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Garfield, Nutley, Lyndhurst, Bloomfield and Belleville.
