- We open at 11, so a noon lunch is tight - call the moment we pick up and keep it to pies rather than trays. Anything bigger, order the day before. Catering starts at two trays, and for more than six we ask for 24 hours. If it is a department of ten or more, the 28-inch party pie is the usual downtown answer; one feeds 12 to 15 adults.
- If I work downtown, is it quicker to just pick the order up myself?
- Usually not. We are at 600 Getty Ave in Clifton, so picking up means crossing the Crooks Bridge in both directions, 3.3 miles each way, on top of the roughly 15 minutes the food needs anyway. Pickup costs nothing and is worth it if you are already driving past Getty. If you are sitting at a desk near Hamilton Street, delivery is the shorter errand.
- How do I make sure the driver actually finds my building off Market Street?
- Give us a suite or floor number and the nearest cross street. Drivers come up Main Street and turn east onto Market or Broadway, which gets them to your block; the suite number is what gets the food to your desk. If the lobby locks after five, or there is a front desk they have to get past, say so in the notes and leave a phone the driver can call from the curb.
