Cheesesteak Pizza
The Cheesesteak Pizza is what happens when north Jersey's two favorite foods meet on one crust. Chopped halal steak, sweet sautéed onions, and a blanket of melted cheese — a Philly cheesesteak you eat by the slice. It's one of the most-ordered pies out of our Paterson delivery zone.
What goes on it

How it's made
The steak and onions are griddled to order, the way you'd build an actual cheesesteak, then spread over a cheesed pie. Into the brick oven for 8–10 minutes. Most regulars get it 'white' (no tomato sauce) so it tastes like the sandwich.
Pairings
Fries or mozzarella sticks on the side and you've got a full diner-style meal. A 2-liter soda for the table.
Ordering tips
Ask for it white if you want the true cheesesteak flavor. Add hot peppers or mushrooms at checkout. Large 16" is the move for two to three people; it reheats well the next day.

Common questions
- How is this different from the Meat Lovers?
- Different builds. Meat Lovers stacks four halal meats - pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, gyro - over red sauce, and they cook through in the brick oven; the pepperoni cups and crisps up there. The Cheesesteak uses one meat, and it's cooked before the pie is: chopped halal steak griddled with onions, then spread across a pie that's already cheesed. One is a loaded pizza. This one is a sandwich.
- Is there Cheez Whiz or provolone on it, like a real Philly cheesesteak?
- Neither. It's low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella, the same cheese that goes on every pie we make, plus a little American-style melt for the pull people expect from a cheesesteak. No Whiz, no cheese sauce - that's not something you run through a brick oven. The sandwich flavor comes from the chopped steak and onions being griddled together before they hit the crust, not from the cheese.
- Can I get it without onions?
- You can, but the onions are doing more work here than on other pies. They're sweet white onions sauteed soft and griddled together with the chopped steak, not scattered over the top at the end, so pulling them takes most of the sweetness out with them. Tell us when you place the order, not after - the steak hits the griddle to order, and by then it's already cooked with the onions.
- Is the cheesesteak pizza halal?
- Yes — every meat on this pizza, like every meat on our menu, comes from a halal-certified supplier, and the kitchen, fryer and slicer are halal-only. Nothing non-halal is prepared or stored on the premises.
- Can I order it for pickup or delivery?
- Both. Pickup is free and usually ready in about 15 minutes. In-house delivery is our own drivers — no third-party app markup — across Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Garfield, Nutley, Lyndhurst, Bloomfield and Belleville.
