Chicken Parmigiana Pizza
Chicken parm is a north-Jersey religion, and this is the pizza version. A breaded halal cutlet, our house marinara, and mozzarella — the same trinity as the hero, baked onto a brick-oven crust instead of stuffed in a roll. It's the pie our regulars order when they can't decide between pizza and a chicken-parm dinner.
What goes on it
- • Halal chicken cutlet, hand-breaded and fried in our halal-only fryer
- • House marinara — San-Marzano-style crushed tomato, garlic, oregano
- • Low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella

How it's made
The cutlet is breaded and fried fresh, then sliced and laid over a fully sauced and cheesed pie. Into the brick oven at 550°F for 7–9 minutes. A dusting of grated cheese and a little extra marinara go on at the cut station so every slice tastes like the sandwich.
Pairings
A Garden or Caesar Salad and garlic-knots round it into a full dinner. A 2-liter soda for the table.
Ordering tips
Order it well-done for a crispier cutlet. Small 12" is a solid one-person dinner; large 16" feeds a family. Add a side of marinara for dipping the crust.
