Alaeddin's Beef & Pine Nut Pizza
The pie with our name on it. Sautéed seasoned halal ground beef and toasted pine nuts over cheese — a brick-oven take on the Levantine flavors (think hashweh, think lahmacun) that the family grew up on. It's the pizza we're proudest of and the one you can't get anywhere else in town.
What goes on it

How it's made
The beef is sautéed and seasoned in-house, then spread over a cheesed pie with a light hand of sauce. Into the brick oven for 7–9 minutes. The toasted pine nuts go on at the cut station so they stay crisp and don't scorch.
Pairings
An Arabic Salad and a side of garlic-knots. An Ayran (yogurt drink) is the traditional pairing and we keep it cold in the case.
Ordering tips
Try it once before you judge it — it converts skeptics. Small 12" for a solo adventurous dinner; large 16" to share. Tell first-timers it's the closest thing we make to home cooking.
