Ricotta, mozzarella and feta on a white pie.
Three Cheese Pizza
For the cheese purists. A ricotta base, a blanket of mozzarella, and a scatter of feta — three cheeses, no red sauce, each pulling in a different direction. The feta is what makes it ours: a little tang that keeps a white pie from getting heavy.

What goes on it
- • Fresh whole-milk ricotta base
- • Low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella
- • Crumbled feta
- • Garlic oil brushed on the crust, olive-oil finish
- • 24-hour cold-fermented dough — no tomato sauce
How it's made
Garlic oil on the stretched dough, mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, then feta crumbled over the top. Into the brick oven for 6–8 minutes; a crack of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil at the cut station.
Pairings
A Greek or Arabic Salad leans into the feta. Add spinach or fresh tomato for a loaded white pie.
Ordering tips
Well-done deepens the feta and crisps the bottom. A great base to add halal sausage or grilled chicken.

FAQ
Common questions
- How is this different from the White Ricotta?
- Same pie, one cheese apart. The White Ricotta is mozzarella with dollops of ricotta, fresh minced garlic and an olive-oil finish. The Three Cheese starts the same way, garlic oil on the dough, mozzarella, ricotta dolloped on, and then feta crumbled over the top, with no minced garlic on it. The feta tang is the whole difference, and it keeps the ricotta from eating heavy.
- Does the feta actually come through, or does the mozzarella bury it?
- It comes through, because it goes on last and stays in crumbles. Garlic oil, mozzarella, ricotta dollops, then feta scattered over the top before it goes in the oven, so you hit it in distinct bites instead of tasting it blended into the cheese. Ask for it well-done and the feta deepens while the bottom crisps.
- My kid is a plain-cheese-slice kid. Is a three-cheese pie just more of the same?
- Three cheeses does not mean three times the plain slice, so probably not. There is no red sauce under it, the ricotta dollops make it creamier than a standard cheese slice, and the feta on top is tangy enough that a kid raised on plain mozzarella will find it on the first bite. Put a plain pie on the table alongside it.
- Is the three cheese pizza halal?
- Yes — every meat on this pizza, like every meat on our menu, comes from a halal-certified supplier, and the kitchen, fryer and slicer are halal-only. Nothing non-halal is prepared or stored on the premises.
- Can I order it for pickup or delivery?
- Both. Pickup is free and usually ready in about 15 minutes. In-house delivery is our own drivers — no third-party app markup — across Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Garfield, Nutley, Lyndhurst, Bloomfield and Belleville.
